Use French bread for best results. And, as far as French toast toppings are concerned, we love loading on some protein-packed Greek yogurt, fibre-rich berries, and a drizzle of maple syrup—yum!
Toppings (optional): dollop of yogurt, berries, maple syrup drizzle, sprinkle of cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 350° F.
- Spritz 9" X 13" baking dish with cooking spray. Cube bread; place in dish.
- In a blender, add eggs, milk, protein blend, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth. Pour over cubed bread. Stir to combine, then press down to make sure the bread is covered in liquid.
- Bake 48–50 min, or until top is crispy and browned. Let sit a few min before serving.
- Serve with toppings, if desired.
Sweeten things up! Add Summer Berry Sweet Dip Mix to the egg mixture.
Serve with 1 cup berries or sliced fruit.
