Ingredients
Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 450° F.
  2. Place pizza shell on a Sheet Pan lined with Sheet Pan Liner. Brush with oil and season with Salt and Pepper, if desired.
  3. Bake for 5 min, until crisp.
  4. Remove from oven. Spread with Marinara Sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
  5. Return to oven and bake for 5 min, until cheese melts.

Top each slice of pizza with 12 cup cooked, chopped chicken breast or tofu and serve with 2 cups mixed greens with 1 tbsp Epicure Salad Dressing.
