Ingredients


Makes: 4 servings
  • 1 lb (450 g) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pork, lamb, or tofu, cut into strips
  • 2 bell peppers, cut into strips
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) Lemon Dilly Dip Mix, or Souvlaki Seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
  • 4 pitas, warmed

Preparation


 
  • Combine first four ingredients in a Rectangular Steamer.
  • Cover and microwave on high for 8–10 minutes. Serve on warmed pitas.
