  • 1 C (250 ml) cooked white beans, or protein of your choice
  • 1 tomato, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 English cucumber, cut into 3” long rounds
  • 1/4 small red onion, sliced
  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp (30 ml) crumbled feta cheese, optional
  • Greek or black olives, optional
  • or prepared Savoury Granola, to taste
