Makes: 4 servings
  • 1 C (250 ml) Greek Dressing, prepared
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 small red onion, cut in half and sliced
  • 1 English cucumber, cut into 1" (2.5 cm) cubes
  • 4 tomatoes, cut into wedges
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) Greek olives
  • 1/2 C (125 ml) crumbled feta cheese


  • Combine ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  • Toss to coat with Greek Dressing. Serve immediately.



Tips: Pour dressing in the bottom of a salad bowl. Add prepared salad. Cover with a damp cloth and refrigerate up to 3 hours. Toss just before serving.
How to Pit Olives: Crush olives, one at a time, with the side of a utility knife, then slip the pit out. Use whole or chop.
