1 tsp Dijon-style mustard
1 head romaine lettuce, torn or cut into bite-sized pieces
3 green onions, thinly sliced
1 cup crumbled blue cheese
- With a Piano Wire Whisk, whisk prepared Balsamic Vinaigrette with Dijon-style mustard in mixing bowl. Season to taste with Salt and Pepper.
- Add romaine lettuce and green onions, tossing to coat.
- Top with crumbled blue cheese and serve. Excellent served with grilled steak.
