Go meatless at least once a week. Here is a super-grain recipe that is easy to make.


Ingredients

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients except oil.
  2. Form mixture into four 34” thick patties (dip hands in water to prevent sticking). If too soft, refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  3. In a frying pan, heat oil over medium. Cook burgers for 8-10 minutes per side, until browned and cooked through.
